re:flow Course – Reformer Progress & Flow

This course is for those who already feel comfortable on the Reformer and are ready to move beyond the basics with more intention and awareness.

Designed for practitioners looking to refine their practice, the focus lies on precision, control, breath, and quality of movement. Each session explores how these elements come together to support a strong, sustainable, and mindful way of moving.

With clear guidance, individual feedback, and steady progression, you’ll have time and space to truly understand the work—building strength from within and improving how each exercise feels and functions. The classes are intentionally challenging, encouraging focus, presence, and long-term development rather than speed or intensity alone.

As the weeks unfold, the practice deepens. Precision, breath, and a strong center remain central throughout, all held within re:flow’s calm, considered approach to movement.

re:baby Mama Flow
Mat Pilates & Barre
Studio Täby

A gentle, strengthening course for you and your baby. Each week combines Mat Pilates to rebuild core strength, posture, and body awareness, with Barre in a baby carrier to build stability and flow together.​ Guided with re:flow’s warmth and clear instruction, the pace is calm, the atmosphere welcoming, and the focus is on rebuilding strength from within—at your own rhythm.
